How to care for a hearing aid
Regular care extends the life of the device and keeps the sound quality intact.
Wipe the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water, alcohol or cleaning agents.
Keep the device in a drying box overnight. Remove it before showering, swimming and sport.
The wax filter should be replaced roughly once a month, or sooner if the sound gets quieter.
Charge rechargeable devices every night. On battery models, open the battery compartment after use.
Store in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight, out of reach of children and pets.
If the sound disappears, crackles, or the device stops responding to charging - do not repair it yourself, contact us.
